Korean Style Sausage & Cuisine (원조순대, Won-Jo Sun Dae) in Epping, Sydney

In a cold winter season, warm soup is always a pleasure to enjoy. There's a popular dish called Sun-Dae-Guk (Warm soup with Korean-style sausage). It's also one of my most favourite Korean dishes. Recently, Korean foods are getting attention by K-Pop or Korean culture fans. This might not be suitable for someone don't eat organ's. It'd be a challenge if you've never tried this kind of food before. However, once you get used to the flavour you will never get away with it.

The dish contains Sun-dae (Korean sausage), clear pork broth, chili paste, crashed perilla seeds, Chinese cabbage, chives and spring onion. It comes with 2 bowls of steamed rice. The amount of food is enough to be shared by two people.

The best part of this dish is the broth. It's rich and full of flavour, but not smelly. It's aromatic from the perilla and chives.
