When winter coming, I often want to have warm soup dish. Many Korean foods have developed in soup form. This Gam-ja Tang is very famous for young people, especiall uni students. Many Korean students often have this soup with very famous Korean alcohol, Soju. This dish is very folsky in Korea, but not in Australia. There's one place I've found having this dish and very close to the style and favour of original dish in Korea. If you want to try what many Korean uni students have, this Gam-Ja Tang will be a good start.
